THE COAST TO COAST RUN 2019. - Those who can will meet Ben Friday lunchtime for the run into Whitby to hopefully give everyone the chance to join from anywhere and give a little more time to do the many great routes this area has to offer. However, if you can only join the run for one or two days please feel free to do so at any meeting points. As Ben Wheble will be leading this run you will need to book your own accommodation at Whitby for the night of Friday 13th, and Hawes for Sat 14th September. Both towns have many B&Bs etc. plus there are camping options for those more hardy types. Some establishments are reluctant to book a single night, so book what you can if you see something and do it sooner rather than later. There is often space at the YHA's in both Whitby & Hawes with many choosing to stay there, along with Boggle Hole & Ingleton a bit further out. In the past, this event has been one of the highlights of the BTBC calendar. The roads used are amongst the best in the country, with little traffic and few revenue boxes. So, put this date in your diaries and join us for a big north ride.
